Die 5 coolsten Veranstaltungen diese Woche in Wien.

1/ Thursday Special: Swound Sound (Thur 19-00h - Free)

Mit den sommerlichen Temperaturen startet auch dieses Jahr wieder das Swound Sound im Usus am Wasser. Wer also schon Lust hat auf ein gemütliches Bier und Musik draußen hat, der ist beim Swound Sound gut aufgehoben!

2/ Der Klang des Mülls (Fr 19-21h - Free)

Am Freitag gibt es ein kleines gratis Konzert im 14 Bezirk. Das Konzept hierbei ist, dass alle Instrumente aus alten Gegenständen gebaut sind. Ein alter Skistock wird zu einem Blasinstrument, die Kühllamellen eines Servers zu einer neuartigen Violine und ungefähr 2000 Mikrowellen-Glocken finden als Perkussions-Instrument neue Verwendung.

3/ Craft Beer Festival (Fr, Sat, 16-23h - €15)

Das Craft Beer Festival feiert sein 10. Jubiläum. Wer also mehr über Bier lernen möchte und verschiedenste kleine Brauereien kennenlernen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

4/ 2 Coole Musikfestivals (Fr, Sat, Sun)

Dieses Wochenende gibt es 2 spannende Musikfestivals. Einerseits gibt es das Wienerlied Festival. Andererseits gibt es auch das Salam Music Festival. Wer also Lust auf ein gutes Live Konzert hat, sollte bei einem der Festivals ins Programm schauen.

5/ RADpaRADe (Sun 12h - Free)

Wer das voraussichtlich tolle Wetter am Sonntag gerne draußen nutzen möchte, kann sich der 13. Wiener Radparade anschließen. Die Straßen werden hierbei für die Radfahrer abgesperrt und es gibt einige Live Bands am Weg!

Die Veranstaltung ist auch kinderfreundlich!

The 5 best events this week in Vienna

1/ Thursday Special: Swound Sound (Thur 19-00h - Free)

Slowly but surely it’s becoming more pleasant to spend some evenings outside again! If you want to dance to some music and enjoy a nice cold beer next to the Danube, then the Swound Sound at Usus am Wasser is the perfect place to be this Thursday!

2/ Sound of trash (Fr 19-21h - Free)

This Friday there will be a small free concert in the 14th district. The musicians all build their own instruments from recycled everyday objects. A skiing pole becomes a wind instrument and the cooling element of a computer is used as a violin.

Definitely a bit more on the experimental side of things but if you want to change it up, this is a nice way to do so!

3/ Craft Beer Festival (Fr, Sat, 16-23h - €15)

This weekend, there will be the 10th edition of the Viennese craft beer festival. If you want to learn more about beer or just test out different small breweries, this is the place to be.

4/ 2 Awesome but different music festivals (Fr, Sat, Sun)

This weekend there will be two pretty but different music festivals. First, there will be the Viennese song (Wienerlieder) festival with various concerts in the city.

Next to that, there will also be the Salam Music Festival which is a music festival with a focus on Arabic music.

5/ RADpaRADe (Sun 12h - Free)

The bike parade will take place this Sunday. With an amazing weather forecast, you can cycle through closed down roads while being entertained by some live music on the sides of the street!

The event is also kids friendly.
